Each class includes centering breathwork, gentle warm-ups, and step-by-step guidance through Tai Chi forms that promote balance, strength, and tranquility. Over six weeks, you’ll learn to move with more grace, focus, and inner peace while building a personal practice you can carry beyond the studio.
