Hollye “Amethyst” Richardson stands at the intersection of exercise 

science, ancient healing traditions, and the lived wisdom of a breast cancer survivor. Her work honors the truth that wellness is not a luxury — it is a birthright, a reclamation, and a return to self.

With a master’s degree in Exercise  Science  and Sports Studies, Concentration  Exercise  Physiology and more than a decade of teaching, healing, and facilitating transformation, Hollye has cultivated a body of work that harmonizes movement science, energetic medicine, and spiritual awakening.

What began as an intimate fitness studio dedicated to supporting women on their wellness journey has evolved into the Warrior Goddess Life Center for Healing — a sanctuary for movement, breath, energy restoration, and spiritual remembering.
