Warrior Goddess Fitness was founded with a clear and sacred purpose: to create a supportive, empowering space where women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds, and abilities could reclaim their strength, confidence, and wellness—together.
We know that traditional gyms can feel intimidating or impersonal, especially for women navigating new beginnings, healing journeys, or lifestyle changes. That’s why Warrior Goddess Fitness was born—not just as a studio, but as a sanctuary. A place where fitness meets feminine energy, movement meets mindfulness, and sisterhood meets strength.
Our holistic approach honors the whole woman—body, mind, and spirit. Through a diverse offering of classes like pole dance, aerial fitness, yoga, strength training, meditation, sound healing, and more, we aim to nurture transformation from the inside out. Whether you're stepping into your power for the first time or returning home to yourself, we meet you where you are—with compassion, guidance, and community.
Every class is beginner-friendly, judgment-free, and intentionally designed to uplift, encourage, and inspire. We believe movement is medicine, and every woman deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and supported on her journey.
Welcome to Warrior Goddess Fitness.
You don’t have to do it alone—we rise stronger together. 💖

Hollye A. Richardson is the founder and driving force behind Warrior Goddess Fitness, a transformative space where empowerment, education, and holistic healing come together through movement. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Hollye has done it all—yoga enthusiast, Zumba instructor, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and NPC Figure Competitor—proving that fitness is more than physical; it's a lifelong evolution.
She holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science & Sports Studies with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University and is a certified E‑RYT 200 and RYT 500 yoga instructor. Her love for wellness is grounded in both science and soul.
But what truly sets Hollye apart is her sharp awareness of a troubling shift in the fitness landscape. She believes the industry has lost touch with its foundation—failing to support beginners with safe, correct form and technique at the start of their journeys. With the rise of social media workouts and increasingly performance-driven group training, many programs prioritize aesthetics and viral content over real outcomes and injury prevention. Hollye’s mission is to bridge that gap, creating inclusive, nurturing environments where people of all levels—especially beginners—can build strength with confidence and intention.
As a breast cancer survivor and founder of Fitness Angels 501(c)(3), Hollye knows firsthand the importance of aligning body, mind, and spirit. Recognized as a lightworker, she merges metaphysical practices with clinical expertise to help others awaken, heal, and thrive.
Whether she’s leading a mindful movement class, mentoring a client through transformation, or holding space in a sound bath, Hollye lives by this mantra:
Educate. Enlighten. Empower. One being at a time.
Don’t let the “grandma of three” title fool you—PJ is a powerhouse with purpose. Her fitness journey began in 2017 after a serious health scare that lit a fire in her spirit and reminded her what truly matters: health, strength, and showing up for yourself every single day.By day, Paula “PJ” rocks her corporate career in NYC. By night (and early mornings), she’s leading sweat-drenched HIIT circuits, crushing plank challenges, and empowering others through TRX and bootcamp classes at Warrior Goddess Fitness. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her supporting her son’s business at Kappa Lounge in Harlem or offering a word of wisdom and warmth to anyone who needs it.PJ’s classes reflect her grit, grace, and one-of-a-kind soul. She believes fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel, move, and love yourself along the way. As she beautifully puts it: “If only our eyes saw souls instead of bodies. How different our ideals of beauty would be.”
Jessica discovered Warrior Goddess Fitness with a simple (and hilarious) mission: “I decided to get my potato body in shape.” What started as a fitness experiment quickly turned into a passion for aerial yoga—a practice that blends strength, stretch, and serious fun.
With a “let’s try it” spirit and a deep respect for each student’s journey, Jessica invites you to rediscover your fearless, playful self. To her, the silk hammock is more than a prop—it’s a jungle gym for grown-ups, a space for joy, freedom, and flying a little higher every time. She lives for those wide-eyed student moments—the instant someone realizes, “Whoa, I can do this!”
Jessica trained under the soulful guidance of Courtney Bauer (Anya Studio, NYC) in the Sage Shamanic/Anya Yoga Teacher Training, blending her classes with heart-centered energy and grounded knowledge. Come swing, stretch, and smile with her—you might just surprise yourself.
From her very first spin in March 2022, Bali fell head over heels in love with pole dancing—and never looked back. Her passion and dedication catapulted her from curious student to confident instructor by June 2023, where she now leads empowering beginner classes like "Pole Virgins" with grace, patience, and a fierce spirit. Bali’s background in long-distance running fuels her endurance and discipline, qualities that shine through in her teaching style. She brings both athleticism and artistry to every class, guiding students through their own transformative journeys with encouragement and joy. Her goal for 2025? To level up with her X-Pole Level 1 & 2 certification and continue inspiring others through movement. When Bali’s not in the studio, she’s chasing finish lines or sharing glimpses of her pole and fitness evolution on social media.
Nicole discovered yoga at a time when she needed it most—as a powerful outlet for stress and anxiety. What began as a search for peace quickly evolved into a healing journey that changed everything. From her first few classes, yoga offered her a grounding practice that helped ease the anxiety she had been carrying, and she’s never looked back since.
After spending several years exploring different studios and styles, Nicole followed the call to go deeper—enrolling in the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brett Larkin. Through her training, she uncovered not just technique, but purpose. She learned that yoga isn’t about the perfect pose—it’s about presence, breath, and honoring where you are.
Now part of the Warrior Goddess Fitness team, Nicole brings her calm energy and heartfelt teaching style to every class. Her approach is welcoming, rooted in personal transformation, and ideal for students seeking balance, emotional release, and a gentler way to reconnect with their bodies.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, Nicole is here to help guide you home—to yourself.
